What MoF accreditation means
Accreditation means the Ministry of Finance has granted this provider a place on its accredited e-invoicing register, with an accreditation number: it can legally transmit your invoices in PINT AE format over the Peppol network. It lasts two years and is renewable. It is not a quality rating, and it does not cover pricing, support levels, or ERP fit — those you evaluate yourself.
How to evaluate any ASP
- Confirm current accreditation on mof.gov.ae
- Ask for written confirmation of your ERP and integration channel
- Send a structured requirements list — the free RFP generator builds one
- Compare providers side by side in the directory before shortlisting
Frequently asked questions

Yes. Focus Softnet appears on the UAE Ministry of Finance list of accredited e-invoicing service providers. Always verify current accreditation status at mof.gov.ae before signing a contract.
Which compliance phase does Focus Softnet cover?
The Ministry of Finance accredited list is not segmented by phase, so no provider on it is limited to Phase 1 or Phase 2. Your phase is set by your own annual revenue: AED 50 million or more is Phase 1, below that is Phase 2. Any accredited provider may be appointed by a business in either phase.
What is my deadline if I appoint Focus Softnet?
Your deadline depends on your own revenue, not the provider. Phase 1 businesses (revenue ≥ AED 50 million) must appoint an accredited provider by 30 October 2026 and be live by 1 January 2027. Phase 2 businesses must be live by 1 July 2027.
Does Focus Softnet have a full profile on UAE-ASP?
Yes. Focus Softnet has added a full profile through the UAE-ASP claim form; the ERP, integration-channel, and client-profile details shown here are stated by the provider itself.
