1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing UAE-ASP.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
- Scrape or copy content without permission
3. Information Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate information about UAE e-invoicing regulations. However, regulations may change and we recommend verifying critical information with official sources such as the UAE Ministry of Finance.
4. ASP Registry, Referral Fees & Independence
The ASP Registry and partner directory are provided for informational purposes. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement. In the ASP Registry and partner directory, listings and the order in which providers appear are determined solely by whether a provider has added a full profile, then alphabetical order. Where you complete a readiness assessment, the shortlist in your own report is ordered differently and only for you: by how many of the things you told us matter most each provider has itself stated it can do. You can see, for every provider, which of your requirements they have stated they meet and which they have not answered. No order anywhere on this site depends on any commercial relationship, payment, or sponsorship, and there is no paid placement, featured slot, or sponsored ranking. Adding a full profile is free and open to every provider listed in the ASP Registry, through its claim form. It does not depend on any agreement with us.
On the directory, "Where I would start" may name up to three providers for you and say why. It rests only on what providers have stated about themselves and on the answers you gave. It lists what is still to be confirmed with each provider and shows its method and how many providers could be assessed. It does not use fees, payment, or any agreement we have with a provider.
When an introduction you request, whether from a provider's registry profile, an ecosystem partner's profile, or your readiness assessment report, leads to an engagement with a provider or partner, we may receive a referral fee or a margin from them. This compensation is never charged to you, and it never influences which providers or partners are listed, whether they appear, or the order in which they are shown. Lead forwarding is free during our launch phase. You should conduct your own due diligence when selecting a service provider or partner.
We may agree a referral fee with some providers and not with others. Whether a provider has such an agreement with us, and what it would pay, plays no part in whether it is listed, where it appears, how it is described, what appears in any shortlist or recommendation, or which providers we approach on your behalf.
If you ask us for help, by requesting an introduction or sending an enquiry, by writing to us, or by asking on the readiness assessment that we follow up, we may choose providers to approach from the answers you gave and ask them about their process and price. In that first step we send them your requirements only, with nothing that identifies you. We then put their answers to you. Your details go only to the provider or providers you choose to be introduced to, and an introduction or enquiry you request goes to those you named in it. A price a provider quotes is shown only to you, as that provider's non-binding quote, and never to another provider.
The Ecosystem Directory (ERP implementers and tax/VAT advisory firms) is distinct from the ASP Registry, no government authority accredits these roles. Every ecosystem listing is self-submitted by the company and manually reviewed for plausibility before publication, it is not independently verified against any official source. The same neutral ordering and non-influenceable-by-payment rules above apply to the Ecosystem Directory.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of UAE-ASP or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
6. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
UAE-ASP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAE-ASP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
