3. Information Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate information about UAE e-invoicing regulations. However, regulations may change and we recommend verifying critical information with official sources such as the UAE Ministry of Finance.
4. ASP Registry, Referral Fees & Independence
The ASP Registry and partner directory are provided for informational purposes. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement. Listings and the order in which providers appear are determined solely by verification status and then alphabetical order. The order never depends on any commercial relationship, payment, or sponsorship, there is no paid placement, featured slot, or sponsored ranking anywhere on this site.
When an introduction you request, whether from a provider's registry profile, an ecosystem partner's profile, or your readiness assessment report, leads to an engagement with a provider or partner, we may receive a referral fee or a margin from them. This compensation is never charged to you, and it never influences which providers or partners are listed, whether they appear, or the order in which they are shown. Lead forwarding is free during our launch phase. You should conduct your own due diligence when selecting a service provider or partner.
The Ecosystem Directory (ERP implementers and tax/VAT advisory firms) is distinct from the ASP Registry, no government authority accredits these roles. Every ecosystem listing is self-submitted by the company and manually reviewed for plausibility before publication, it is not independently verified against any official source. The same neutral ordering and non-influenceable-by-payment rules above apply to the Ecosystem Directory.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of UAE-ASP or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

This website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
UAE-ASP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.
